Maths Problem Tukutuku Panels

The 10th one for this will be 32
This is the chart from 1-10
For each and every one that you go on
to you just add 1 like if its 2 for the next
    one you will add 3

Maths Problem Cup Capers

Y = Yellow Cups           In both of the yellow cups there will be 3
B = Blue Cup                 and in the blue cup the there will be 6
First i split the 12 in half because blue is twice as many as yellow so then i split one of the 6's in half so           then there is now two 3's and one 6 so the 3's will go in to the yellow cups and the 6 will go in the blue           cup.

Kahurangi Dance Crew

On one special day the Kahurangi dance crew came to Pt England school for a performance. When they got here there were only 5 of them that came 2 girl and 3 boys. Our time for the performance was after morning tea.

Our time came and the bell just rang for the end of morning tea Miss Tito told us to line up outside the hall but instead we all came back to class. When we got back class we came inside and Miss Squires told up to line up outside. After we lined up we started walking to the hall when we got into the hall we all sat down .

When we were silent one of the dancers walked out and introduced herself and when she finished she said a loud, "Kia ora!" She started to tell us a little story about Papatuanuku and Ranginui the earth mother and sky father. When she finished telling us the little story they started performing.

Suddenly 2 of the boys grabbed a taiaha and they started doing actions with the taiaha. The group finished their first performance and when they finished they got 3 boys from the crowd of team 4-5 and the 3 boys that they got were Korobeau, Aur
i and Mr Goodwyn. The first things they had to do with the taiaha was to do the same thing that Jordan was doing, and the finale action that they had to do was the hardest.

Soccer With Sophia

On Monday 28th we have soccer with Sophia. Sophia comes from the country of Argentina and Argentina lost the 2014 Fifa world cup Brazil to Germany. Soccer is a really common game in Argentina. On the first day sophia said to us “Lets make a deal” and we replied with “yes” Then she said “the deal is if I teach you how to play soccer you guys have to teach me how to speak more English?” and we said “sure”.

Our first day we had a little warm up. The warm up was like a game most of the class got given a bib to run around. The people that didn't have a bib had to try getting a bib from the people that had one. The first time we did it we could only have one bib. When we done it the second time we could have more then one.

We had a little game of soccer, Sophia put us in to two teams. When we got put in to our teams we got numbered from 1-11 and in our team one of us had to go twice. I was in the opposite team of my friend and I had to vs him. The first time I had a turn I was close to the goal but then he kicked my leg and I fell over. The last time we done it she called out all the numbers so it was team vs team and no one won because the ball went out.

Before we left we all said our thank you for the wonderful time that we had with Sophia. After that it was time for us to go when Miss Squires left with the rest of the class some of the boys stayed behind and asked her some questions. The questions was about where she came from and that.
